Passport

Passports should be:

Valid for at least the next 6 months from exit
Two totally blank pages. One page is for the visa, the other is for the stamp(does not include the page reserved for “observations”.

Photograph

Photographs Two recent (under 6 month old) passport photo taken against a white background.

This must be dated, signed and on Letterheaded paper. This must also be original. Please include the following
